Schedule an appointment with photographer so that we can submit a photo with
your engagement announcement to your local newspaper
~Assist
the couple in deciding the size of wedding, participants in the wedding and
what role each person will take part of
~Help
you make a budget that you can stick to and live with!
~Schedule
appointments for dresses to be brought to the bride and her girls in the
wedding
~Order
dresses and have them altered if needed
~Schedule
an appointment for the gentlemen to be fitted for tuxes and decide what style
they wish to wear
~Consult
with the minister the time, date and location of the wedding and reception
~Help
the couples decide on what colors and themes for the wedding as well as discuss
what decorations to be used at both locations
~Assist
in deciding what type, quantity and color flowers they would like to use
~Have
flowers ordered and arranged for delivery
~Find
all necessary items such as plates, napkins, cups etc
~Purchase
and pick up the ring bearer pillows, flower girl baskets, toasting glasses, etc
that are needed
~Find
brochures, prices and honeymoon spots for the couple
~Book
all necessary arrangements such as hotel stay, airfare, and car rental for the
honeymoon
~Help
the couple find the perfect wedding bands
~Have
samples of food and cake to be served at the reception available to the couple,
and then order the necessary items they chose
~Contact
and book a photographer for pictures and videos of the wedding that meets the
needs of the couple
~Design,
make and mail out the style of invitations the couple decide upon
~Be
the contact for RSVP weddings
~Assist
in finding gifts for the bride and groom to exchange
~Set
all appointments necessary for hair, nail, etc
~Assist
in booking hotels and airfare for out of town guests
~Get
a count on how many guest will be attending
~Assist
the family and friends in having a Bridal Shower, Bachelor Party, and
Bachelorette Party
~Confirm
with the bakery, catering service, minister, photographer and florist the time
and location they are to appear
~Pick
up the dresses that were altered and deliver them to the ladies
~Pick
the tuxes up and deliver them to the gentlemen
~Decorate
the wedding and reception locations
~Assist
anyone in getting ready the morning of the big day
~Clean
all facilities used after the wedding and reception
Items the
Couple will Pay For
We like to be upfront and
have no hidden cost. Our company serves you in the best possible way we can
while giving you all the services above in one complete package, however, there
are items we do not pay for. These are as follows:
~The
payment of photographers
~The
payment of facilities used, and the cost covering the minister
~Dresses,
Tuxedos, and accessories
~Floral
~Bakery
and Catering Services
~Honeymoon
~Hotel
and car rental for out of town guests
~Hair,
nail etc appointments
~Wedding
rings and gifts
There
are items that Wedding Planners will pay for however, and those are included in
the total price for your package. We supply the following items:
~Napkins,
cups, plates, etc
~Ring
Bearer Pillows, Flower Girl Baskets, Toasting Glasses
~Invitations
~Decorations
for both, the wedding and reception locations
